This is one of Vincent Van Gogh well known painting, Starry Nights. This picture has so much movement and texture in it. Van Gogh was diagnosis with epilepsy but along with bipolar disorder and many more. He produced his most famous works in an asylum. Which could be the reason why this painting is so dark and that it's almost depressing looking at it in my opinion.
