This is one of the paintings that I specifically remember seeing in the movie. I chose this one out of the others, because it really sticks out to me how he almost blends in with the background. I'm not sure if that is done for a specific reason or it just happened to turn out that way. Van Gogh was known to paint many self portraits of himself. I remember this one hanging on the wall in the movie, I believe in Van Gogh's room. He painted this in 1889 on a canvas.
