This is The Honest Model by Jesse Mockrin. I like the ruffles in all of the clothings, it looks as if shes being undressed and they are throwing her pieces of her dress to the side. In all of her paintings she is drawing womens hands, faces, bodies, and flowers. She details everything very well too, and makes their body language look graceful.
