Bad du moulin de la Galette

Bad du moulin de la Galette(Dance at Le moulin de la Galette) is an oil painting by Pierre-Auguste Renoir, a French artist, in 1876. You can find this painting in Paris, France at the Musee d'Orsay, as of 1986. This painting is an image of what is supposed to be a Sunday afternoon in Moulin de la Galette. Working class Parisians used to dress up and go to Moulin de la Galette for music, dancing, and eating in the 19th century. What stands out to me in this painting is all of the people it involves and all of their similar outfits. The people in the painting are acting natural and spending an afternoon as they normally would quite frequently. It really captures the essence of this town during the 19th century, on a typical Sunday afternoon.
